Mission:

This committee encourages students to participate in many of the upcoming events Mercy hosts for eighth grade students. Mercy's Blue Crew Night for both soccer and volleyball and Open House are just a few great ways to volunteer. Members pass out information, meet and greet students, hostess shadows, and come up with creative ways to make recruiting at Mercy fun. The students focus on communicating with 8th grade girls and asking them about their decision making process, and encouraging them to attend Mercy. Establishing personal connections and sharing personal experiences remain the goals to get the girls asking about Mercy.
