Service Learning
Service learning is an integral part of the Individual Excellence Program. Service learning is a teaching and learning strategy that integrates meaningful community service with instruction and reflection to enrich the learning experience, teach civic responsibility and strengthen communities.
The class of 2017 will be working on a yearlong service project during the 2013-2014 school year. This project will be integrated into all freshman subject areas. All of the specific details will be thoroughly explained in early September.
