Mercy's Parents Association meets 5 times a year to plan the following school events:
- Freshman Family Picnic
- Junior Pin Ceremony Reception
- Senior Mother/Daughter Breakfast
- Incoming Freshman Parent Coffee
- Baccalaureate Reception
In addition, the Parents Association also arranges for volunteers throughout the year for a variety of events. Parents can volunteer for these events on the volunteer opportunity forms that are distributed at the beginning of each school year. Some examples of ways to volunteer are: supplying food for teacher breakfasts, chaperoning dances and helping with the above mentioned events.
Lastly, the Parents Association compiles the information for the Student Directory each year.
