- Students may participate in the following sports:
golf, track
and field, basketball, archery, lacrosse, volleyball, flag football,
speed- a-way, soccer, softball, badminton, bowling, and self-defense.
- Students will be taught the American Red Cross
CPR and First Aid course.
- Students
will also participate in these fitness activities: Wii Fit, fitness
walking, jogging, weight training, flexibility exercises, aerobics,
Pilates, yoga, and Tae Bo.
