Mercy Students Compete In "Tech Olympics"

Eight members of Mercy’s INTERalliance club participated in the Tech Olympics Expo held March 5-7, 2010, at the Millennium Hotel, bringing home many honors!

INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati is dedicated to identify, train, educate and retain the best and brightest students in the tri-state for careers in the field of IT.

In competition at the conference, Mercy’s team came in the top 20 of all 42 teams who attended, and Mercy was also the first school chosen to compete to be the guests of Atos Origin at the London Olympics in 2012! Mercy sophomore Madeline Tucker also won a Nintendo Wii! Way to go, girls!

Nikole Barkalow, said,  "It was an experience I know that we at Mercy will never forget. The opportunities you presented us with over this past weekend were just amazing and unheard of... what you and your team have done this weekend will not be taken for granted!"
