Magazine Drive


Dear Mercy Family and Friends:

You can order and renew magazines all year long and Mercy will receive the credit. Instead of sending your renewal through the mail, order on line for Mercy Athletics. Just place your order or renewal following the instructions below and Mercy will get credit for the sale.

Mother of Mercy’s On-line ordering procedures are new this year. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to http://www.midwestfundraising.com
  2. Click on “MCF Store People” in the middle of the page

  3. Each student must register to get an ID number. Go to the left side of the page and click on “Sellers Register Here”. If you do not know a student to order through you can use the athletic department code: Jill Collins #w009654

  4. Enter the school ID code which is W00029 (that’s a zero, not the letter 0).

  5. Put in your personal information – name and email address. You will be assigned a unique seller ID code. Please write down your seller ID to keep for future use. If you want to email your code to people who will be buying using your name you can do so right here. The seller can view her sales from the ACF store by clicking on “Sellers Register Here” from the left menu bar and enter their seller ID under “Seller log in to view your online sales”. Purchases made only through the MCF Store will be logged here. An email will be sent to you anytime someone uses your seller ID code.

  6. Go back to left side of the page that has MCF store. Enter your seller ID code.

  7. Go to magazines and begin ordering.

  8. When you have finished your ordering go to check out.

  9. Fill out payment information and where to send the magazines.

  10. Confirm your order and print your confirmation to keep for your records.

  11. You must pay with a credit card.
Anytime you order 3 magazines for the same household, AP Hearst will plant a tree in Mother of Mercy’s name through Plant-It2020 (www.plantit2020.org)

Our annual in school magazine drive will kick off January 19, 2010. The last turn in day is February 9, 2010. We will be able to get a report from this website listing all orders so that your daughter or friend will get credit.
