Mother of Mercy Student Wins Cincinnati Nature Center Art Contest
Cincinnati Nature Center is proud to announce Emily Friedmann as the winner of its 2010 student art contest. Friedmann, a freshman at Mother of Mercy High School, submitted a colored pencil drawing titled “The Frog’s Melody,” which will be used to promote CNC’s annual fundraising gala, Back to Nature: Nature’s Symphony. Mercy presents 'Jesus Christ Superstar'
Mercy presents "Jesus Christ Superstar" at the College of Mount St. Joseph Theatre Friday, Nov. 6; Saturday, Nov. 7 and Sunday, Nov. 8. Thier production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" will be presented in a style known as Steampunk, a genre of fantasy and speculative fiction that came about in the early 1990s.
