Mandy Stephens has been awarded second place in SOITA's Photo EditingContest. Mercy will be presented with a Cannon digital camera forMandy's second place win. Mandy will be recognized at an awards ceremony on March 16, where she will be presented with a plaque. Mandy's project will be shown to the audience during the awards ceremony.
